Emotional Well Being

Wide  Emotional Well Being has many components, such as mental, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual.

Working with the EWB method treats the person as a whole, so I work with patients on several types of well-being at the same time:

Emotional well-being

It means feeling good. Be happy, experience positive emotions like love, joy or compassion, and generally feel satisfied with life. Develop their potential, work productively and creatively, finding and accurately destiny.

Social welfare

A sense of belonging to the community and contributing to society. The interior and exterior in balance and harmony. Create positive relationships with others, contribute meaningfully to the community, feel a sense of belonging.

Spiritual well-being

This can include a sense of connection to a higher power, a sense of meaning or purpose, or feelings of peace or transcendence

WITH THE EWB METHOD, WE FOCUS ON A DEEPER KIND OF EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING, WHICH IS ABOUT LIVING IN A WAY THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND GOOD FOR OTHERS AROUND YOU.

Main reasons for wanting to awaken to emotional well-being:

Increase feelings of happiness and contentment

Increase feelings of curiosity and involvement in the community

Maintaining positive relationships

A sense of competence in dealing with difficult times

Positive relationships with family, friends or others

A sense of purpose or meaning in life

Developing new skills

To understand my purpose – to increase a sense of meaning in life itself

Knowing how to be filled with good energy – energy balance, thoughts, people, food, movies, inhibitory beliefs.

Accepting and loving myself – letting go of any thought that doesn't give me well-being

To embark on the path I have chosen – what is stopping me?Who will be if I succeed?If I change? Will I become an egoistic creature?
